Immediately out of high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served as an armament systems specialist on F-15 fighter aircraft. After months of training in various States, I was sent off to Germany with time also spent in Italy. During that time, I have seen numerous countries in Europe. Much of that time included rock climbing in Luxembourg, hiking in Italy, biking in France, backpacking in Germany, mountain climbing in Switzerland, and skiing in Austria.
Much of this time in the military was with The Navigators, a Christ-centered and disciple-making ministry. I have spent many hours in fellowship, dedicated to the study of Scripture, and character development among Godly people. This was a time instrumental toward setting course for a lifetime to follow. All of these experiences have shaped life, character, and a personal trajectory for a lifetime to follow.
